We want you to love your hair results, but if you are not completely satisfied with your K18 purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original packaging and at least half-full to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your K18 products and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
